CHHS-affiliated staff with a business need have the ability to install PENS on a UNCW-owned Windows computer.
*Please note: PENS (Program Enrollment and Analysis System) is a CHHS-developed advising, enrollment management, course scheduling and communications enterprise solution.
Requests to install PENS are initialized by Sheri Shaw, Assistant Dean of Student Success of the CHSS Student Success Center, or Danielle Eastup, Coordinator of Logistics and Data Management Operations of Academic Affairs Operations.
First, contact either Sheri or Danielle to request the installation. Then, Jim Ferrill, CHHS Application and Systems Developer, will contact you to assist with the installation.
Jim Fry, ITS Business and Technology Applications Analyst, is a backup point of contact.
