Service Overview

TAC offers Dell laptop and power adapter loans for a 24-hour check-out period with a valid UNCW OneCard, no advance request is required.  If a student fails to return the equipment on time, their privileges will be revoked and they will no longer be permitted to check out equipment. 

If your privileges to check out equipment from TAC have been revoked, you may complete this Service Request to submit an appeal. Please note that only one appeal per year is allowed and that this appeal is only regarding the privilege and not any charges incurred.
