Service Overview
The ITS Special Events group offers several packages (including sound, video, lighting, recording and/or live streaming, and technicians) for assisting with special events. There are also a limited number of laptops, projectors and screens that can be checked out for events.

Fees/Additional Costs
Hourly charges apply to setup, delivery and removal of equipment as well as the actual event time. Academic Departments having instructional events will only be charged when services occur outside of regular business hours. All other groups are charged for special event AV services regardless of what time the event occurs.
*Please note: Live Events require a 7 business day lead time for submitting event requests; exceptions to this will be addressed on a case-by-case basis as equipment and staffing allows.
