  5. Click "Users & Groups." Then on that screen click "Login Items" at the top.

  6. Click on the "+" button to add another login item.

  7. Locate the SAMMY departments network drive on the left that you previously mounted, browse to the department folder you want to mount and click “Add.”

  8. To access, double-click the newly added Network drive on your desktop, and locate the SAMMY folder you will use.

  9. Double-click to open.

  10. Scroll through the list of folders to find the one you will access.

Instructions to follow if the mapped network drive is not visible on your Mac desktop:

  1. From the Finder, open "Finder Preferences" by hitting "Command+".

  2. Click the "General" tab.

  3. Select the checkbox next to "Connected Servers."

  4. Close Finder preferences.

  5. Your Network drive is now mapped and will automatically remount when you reboot your Mac. It will appear on your desktop.
