How do I Use the Knowledge Base to find “Self-Help” Solutions?


All faculty, staff and students can browse the knowledge base.

Answers to many common technical issues can be found in the knowledge base. Often these "self-help solutions" will include step-by-step instructions and screen shots to guide you.

  1. Start by navigating to and select "Knowledge Base" from the blue toolbar near the top of the page.


  2. You can browse by category or use the Search function. It is recommended that you log in using your UNCW credentials first, as there are some articles that will only be visible if you are logged in.
