How do I view archived email?
- For Windows Outlook 365, your archive will appear in the folder list on the left side of your Outlook program screen and will be titled "Online Archive - doej@uncw.edu."
- For the Outlook Web application (OWA), your archive will appear in the folder list on the left side of your OWA screen and will be titled "In-Place Archive - Doe, John."
- For Outlook for Mac locate your "Personal Archive - your name" folder.
*Please note: Though the folders have different titles, the archive is the same.
What do I do with my PSTs?
Any locally archived emails (stored in PSTs) are still accessible within your Outlook program just like they always have been. You can choose to upload your PSTs to Office365 simply by dragging the emails contained therein into your current mailbox or the Online Archive.
*Please note: We recommend only copying up to 250 emails at once in order to give your computer time to sync those messages to Office365.
