How do I log into E-bill as a Student or an E-Bill Authorized User?
Answer
Students and Authorized Users have the ability to log into E-Bill
As a Student:
- Login to mySeaport.

Click "Students" on the top navigation bar.

Scroll down to Finances and select "Manage e-Bill & Refund Status"
As an Authorized User:
- Visit the E-Bill webpage.
- Be sure that your student has allowed you access to their E-Bill by adding you as an Authorized User. For instructions on how to do this, please visit this page.
- Once you are authorized, you will be able to log in with the email address and password created for you. Be sure you are using the Authorized User login box and not the Students and Staff login box.
- If you do not know your E-Bill password, you can reset it by clicking on the Forgot Your Password link, located under the Login Box.
