All faculty, staff and students have the ability to enter time to a project that they are assigned to.
How to Enter Project Time.
- Log in to TeamDynamix Login Page. Select "Users"
- Select the "My Work" tab. You may need to click on the "waffle" icon in the top left hand of the screen to select "my work" button for it to appear if you have never used it before.
- Select “My Time Card” from the left column.
- Select the week for which you want to enter time:
- Click the “+ Add Time” button.
- Select the Project from the drop-down list for which you want to enter the time.
- You are not required to select a particular task , however, you can if you want to track time to that level of
granularity.
- Make sure “Project Time” is selected for the "Time Type".
- Enter the number of hours for that project for each day that week. Include any comments
you wish to note. Just like with ticket time, you can enter decimals: .75 = 45 mins; .5 = 30 mins; .25 = 15 mins.
- Select "Save". To enter additional time for another project start at step 4.
