  2. If you have forgotten your email password, or it is over 90 days old, you will need to click the second link that says "I wish to logon using my UNCW ID (85#) and UNCW Pin" (8-digit birth date by default). Otherwise, click the link to log in with your UNCW username and password.
  3. Once you log in you will be prompted to create and answer 2 security questions. Be aware your answers are SPACE and CASE SENSITIVE.
  4. You will then be prompted to create a new password.

If you already have one security question set up, you will be prompted to create a second question and answer, and then the system will let you change your password.

  1. If you cannot remember the answer to either of your security questions you have 2 options:
    • You may click the "Reset" button and follow the instructions for resetting your security questions.
    • Alternatively, you may come to the Technology Assistance Center (TAC) with your University ID to reset your security questions.
  2. After 5 attempts of incorrectly entering your password, your account will become locked. To have it unlocked, you will need to either contact the TAC to have it unlocked or wait 5 minutes for your account to automatically unlock.

*Please note: Your UNCW domain password expires every 90 days as mandated by the State of North Carolina Computer Security policies. This policy helps maintain the security of your email account. You will need to change this password to gain access to tabs in mySeaport, such as the TealTicket.

If you need further assistance, please contact the TAC at 910-962-4357, or submit a service request.
