How do I use the myTAC client portal to Submit a Service Request?

Answer

All faculty, staff and students can utilize the ITS Request System.
 

Browsing services:

1. Click on the "Services" tab on the TAC home page.
 

2.Browse through the service categories until you find the service you need.
 

3.Select the "Submit a Ticket" button and complete the form to submit a ticket. Your request will be immediately routed to the appropriate technicians.
 


Searching for a particular service:
 

1.    Click on the "Services" tab on the TAC home page (uncw.edu/tac).
 

2.    Click in the "Search" tab located at the top right corner of the page.
 

3.    Input the service you are looking for in the Search field and press "Enter."
 

4.    Select the related service you searched.
 

5.    Select the "Submit a Ticket" button and complete the form to submit a ticket. Your request will be immediately routed to the appropriate technicians.
