Faculty and staff can request account information for temporary Blackboard user accounts.

Faculty and Staff


Primarily for forgotten passwords or reactivating disabled accounts.

Getting Started

Please click the "submit a ticket" button with the following information:

  • First Name / Last Name
  • Email address associated with the non-Banner account
  • Username associated with the non-Banner account
