Service Overview

Domain accounts are the primary username/password for most services at UNCW, such as email, BlackBoard Learn, and MySeaport.

This service can be used to request new temporary domain/email accounts.

 

Available To

Faculty and Staff submitting on the behalf of a temporary employee.

Getting Started

NEW TEMPORARY ACCOUNT REQUESTS

Prerequisites: Please submit an Employee Update Request to HR via HROnline. Once HR creates an active employee record in Banner and provides you with a campus ID, submit this service request.

For new accounts, signed documentation is no longer required if there is an active employee record in Banner. Support staff will verify an active employee record exists in Banner, then fulfill the request.
