All faculty, staff and students have the ability to resolve this issue.
*Please note: Following a power outage or surge, your monitors connected to a docking station may be blank. Please try these steps in order. These steps may also resolve issues with the monitor picture being off-center.
- Disconnect your laptop from the docking station.
- Disconnect the power supply from the back of the docking station and wait 30 seconds.
- Reconnect the docking station power supply.
- Reconnect the laptop to the docking station.
