Service Overview

Hardware will have issues for a variety of reasons. ITS will provide best effort troubleshooting for hardware issues.

Available To

Faculty and staff with a university owned computer. 


ITS Client Experience Technicians are Dell and Apple certified and best effort will be made to troubleshoot all other hardware to keep university-owned equipment running as optimally as possible. 

Getting Started

For hardware troubleshooting, details regarding vendor and warranty status may be required. 

Fees/Additional Costs

Depends on warranty status and ownership.
