Service Overview

Hardware will have issues for a variety of reasons. ITS will provide best effort troubleshooting for hardware issues.

Faculty, Staff and Students


University-owned computers: ITS Computer Consultants are Dell and Apple certified, best effort will be made to troubleshoot all other hardware to keep university-owned equipment running as optimally as possible. 

Personally-owned laptops: ITS recommends that you take your personal laptop to TAC Repairs for diagnostic and hardware repair.

Getting Started

For hardware troubleshooting, details regarding vendor and warranty status may be required. 

Fees/Additional Costs

Depends on warranty status and ownership.
