All faculty and staff have the ability to troubleshoot Perceptive Experience issues.
*Please note: These instructions provide resolution if Perceptive Experience fails to load.
- Perceptive Experience requires a VPN connection to the campus network. For VPN instructions please see the knowledge article for How do I Set Up VPN.
