How do I Attach Documents to a myTAC Ticket?

All faculty, staff, and students have the ability to attach a document to any ticket in the myTAC portal.
 

While submitting a myTAC Ticket.

 

  1. Most ticket forms allow you to attach a document to any ticket before it is submitted.

  2. At the bottom of the form, a field will be provided with the label "Attachment."

  3. Browse your files, select the document to attach, then click the "Submit" button.

  1. Locate the ticket that the attachment needs to be added to:
    1. Navigate to the myTAC Portal
    2. Click on the "myTAC Tickets" button.

  2. Locate the ticket to which the attachment needs to be added.
     
  3. Click on the "Add Attachment" button

  4. Browse your computer, select the file to attach, then click the "Upload" button.


File Restrictions

 

  1. Only one file may be attached at a time.
     
  2. The file size restriction for attachments is 200 MB.
     
  3. The following file types are allowed:
    • ai
    • bmp
    • csv
    • doc / docx
    • dotx
    • eml
    • gif
    • htm / html
    • ics
    • jpg / jpeg
    • log
    • mdb
    • mp3
    • mp4
    • mpg / mpeg
    • mpp
    • msg
    • pdf
    • png

    • tif / tiff
    • txt

    • wav
