All faculty and staff have the ability to find their asset coordinator through the Technology Inventory Management System (TIMS) website. 
 

1. Visit the TIMS Roles & Responsibilities page.
   
   
2. Scroll to the "Look Up Tool" section, located just below the "Asset Authority (AA) and Asset Coordinator (AC)" dropdowns.
    
3. If prompted, click Refresh to load the latest data and select "Allow" if asked to grant data access.Once the data loads, use the filters on the right-hand side of the page.
    
4. Select your "Division" from the first dropdown and toggle the switch “On”.
    
5. Select your "Department" from the second dropdown and toggle the switch “On”.
    
6. From the third dropdown, select "Primary Asset Coordinators (PAC)" and "Alternate Asset Coordinators (AAC)", then toggle the switch “On”.
    
7. The report will automatically filter to show the asset coordinator(s) for your area.
