For departments sponsoring Visiting Scholars

1. Please email rlhelpdesk@uncw.edu with the following information:
   • First and Last name of the individual that needs the library account.
   • 850 number or equivalent.
   • UNCW email of the individual.
   • Department sponsoring the Visiting Scholar

For Retirees or Emeritus Faculty

1. If you are retired or emeritus and need assistance with obtaining or using a library account, please review the library's Retired & Emeritus Faculty and Staff Borrowing Policy.

1. UNCW faculty, staff, and students are automatically provided with a library account. If you have questions about your account or are experiencing technical issues, please visit the Library Help Desk in Randall Hall or contact the Library by email, phone, or chat.
