ITS has received reports that some users are experiencing issues connecting to Mersive when entering a Mersive device’s IP address directly into a web browser. Users may see an error indicating the device’s security certificate has been revoked.
Workaround Available
To continue using Mersive, please use the Mersive Solstice app.
Mersive is working to resolve the underlying issue, but a resolution timeline is not yet available. We will provide updates as soon as we have more information.
All faculty, staff and students have the ability to access on-demand training and resources for Microsoft OneDrive.
*Please note: Information Technology Services offers instructor-led OneDrive training for faculty and staff through the Employee Online Learning Portal.
