All faculty, staff and students have the ability to remove stored passwords for reports.uncw.edu.
*Please note: Make sure that you don't have any saved passwords in your browser. Any saved passwords for ssrsweb-uncw4.msappproxy.net will need to be deleted so the reports will execute successfully. Please follow the instructions below to remove stored passwords.
Remove Stored Passwords in Google Chrome:
- Click on the Google Chrome menu button (3 vertical dots in the top right corner).
- Select "Autofill and Passwords"
- Click "Google Password Manager"
- Search passwords for "ssrs" and remove any saved passwords for "ssrsweb-uncw4.msappproxy.net"
Remove Stored Passwords in Firefox:
- Click the Firefox menu button (3 horizontal bars in the top right corner).
- Select "Passwords" to view, copy, edit or remove your saved logins.
- Select "ssrsweb-uncw4.msappproxy.net"
- Click "Remove" to remove the saved login.
Remove Stored Passwords in Internet Explorer:
- Click the Tools menu at the top of the browser menu.
- Select "Internet Options" from the menu.
- Click the "Settings" button in the Auto Complete section located on the Content tab.
- Click "Manage Passwords."
- Click "Web Credentials." Locate the username on the row with ssrsweb-uncw4.msappproxy.net.
- Locate your username@uncw.edu.
- Click this row's drop-down arrow.
- Click "remove."

Click "Yes" at the prompt: "Are you sure you want to permanently delete this web credential?" AFTER verifying the website address and username presented.
Remove Stored Passwords in Microsoft Edge:
- In the Edge browser address bar, type "edge://settings/passwords" and then press the Enter key to open the passwords' page.
- Click on the ellipsis (three dots) next to the password for ssrsweb-uncw4.msappproxy.net.
- Click the "Delete" option.
