Answer

All faculty and staff with access to SSRS reporting have the ability to reset their passwords.

1. To change your SSRS reporting password, navigate to the following link: UNCW - SSRS Change Password,  or navigate to the UNCW Faculty & Staff Web page (www.uncw.edu/facultystaff), and select “Change Password” under the "SSRS Web Reports" link.

2. Enter your UNCW email (e.g., sammyseahawk@uncw.edu) and password. Click "Log In." 

   *Please note: If you see an "A general error has occurred" error, your SSRS account may be locked or expired. For assistance, submit a service request.

3. Next, enter your NEW reporting password and confirmation.
    
4. Click "Change Password." Your password change is now complete, and you may start using your new reporting password immediately.

   *Please note: This password change application will only change your SSRS reporting password.
