All faculty, staff and students have the ability to take action on quarantined messages, block and unblock senders, and report spam directly to Microsoft.
*Please note: Microsoft's spam detection aggressively filters spam from UNCW email accounts. Users can release messages from quarantine or block senders. If spam is detected, you'll get daily email notifications with the subject "Microsoft 365 security: You have messages in quarantine." Messages are kept in quarantine for 15 days before being deleted and cannot be recovered after that.
