Notice: Issues Connecting to Mersive (Certificate Error) – Workaround Available+

ITS has received reports that some users are experiencing issues connecting to Mersive when entering a Mersive device’s IP address directly into a web browser. Users may see an error indicating the device’s security certificate has been revoked.

Workaround Available

To continue using Mersive, please use the Mersive Solstice app.

  • Campus PCs: Install Solstice from Software Center
  • Campus Macs: Install Solstice from Self Service+
  • All other devices: Download Solstice from Mersive.com/download

Mersive is working to resolve the underlying issue, but a resolution timeline is not yet available. We will provide updates as soon as we have more information.
