Faculty and staff can view the following fees and other charges to their department for Communication Services.

**ITS Communication Fees and Charges**
Service Description	Fees & Charges
Cable TV Connection	$10.08 per month
University Owned Cell Phones	Vendor rate + $2.30 per month
Pagers	Vendor rate + $2.30 per month
Special Process Handling	All local phone bills for locations off-campus processed by ITS will be charged vendor rate + $2.30 per month
Installations	Wiring/Cabling Installations – All wiring installation requests (data line, phone line, cable tv, etc.) require a quote.
Activations/Relocations	Installations, relocation, and configuration of any new phone service will be charged a one-time service charge of $43.00.
Phone Service Options
1 - Basic Service - Analog Line Only for Fax and Other Special Services	$26.00 per month
2 - Enhanced Service with voicemail & softphone options	$33.00 per month
3 - New Conference Phone	$33.00 per month
4 - Special Use (Auto-attendant, Hunt Group, Other)	$20.00 per month

7841 - Standard desk phone with Softphone Option	$158.00
8851 - Advanced desk phone, compatible with 8800 KEM Expansion Module with Softphone Option	$267.00
8851 with 8800 KEM – Advanced phone with 8800 KEM Key Expansion Module with Softphone Option	$512.00
Additional 8800 KEM – Key Expansion Module - must already have an 8851 model	$245.00
7832 - Conference phone (no softphone option)	$431.00
8832 - Large Conference Phone (no softphone option)	$745
