How do I Clear the Cache and Cookies from my Browser?



All faculty, staff and students have the ability to clear the cache and cookies.

Internet Explorer:

  1. Click "Tools" (Gear Icon in the top right side of the screen).
  2. Select "Safety."
  3. Choose "Delete Browsing History."

  4. Un-check "Preserve Favorites website data."
  5. Check both "Temporary Internet Files" and "Cookies."
  6. Click "Delete."

Mozilla Firefox:

  1. Click the "Menu" icon (looks like three horizontal bars) in the upper-right hand corner. Then click on "Library."

  2. From the new menu, click on "History" and click "Clear Recent History."

  3. A new window will appear, asking "Time range to clear," select the appropriate time frame. Also, click on the arrow that says "Details" and make sure the first five options are checked.

  4. Click "Clear Now."


  1. Open Safari and click "Safari" in the upper left corner.
  2. Click "Preferences."

  4. Choose "Manage Website Data..."

  5. Click "Remove All" at the bottom left of the new window.

    Google Chrome:

  1. Select the "Menu" icon.

  2. Click "Settings."
  3. Scroll to the bottom and click "Advanced."

  4. Click "Clear browsing data."

  5. Confirm your settings appear the same as the following image, then click "Clear Data."
