Adding a Waterfall Project Plan to a Project.

The Waterfall Model or Methodology (Gantt Chart)  is a project plan that breakdowns the project activities into five phases of management:
1. Project Initiation
2. Project Planning
3. Project Execution
4. Project Controlling/Monitoring
5. Project Closing
Project requirements/tasks are identified at the beginning of the project for each phase as well as deliverables/milestones.  As earlier phases complete tasks/deliverables, they are predecessors for subsequent phases tasks starting.
