Answer

All staff with the appropriate Team Dynamix permissions to manage projects can add "Waterfall Project Plans" and edit project tasks.

The Waterfall Model or Methodology (Gantt Chart)  is a project plan that breaks down the project activities into five phases of management:

1. Project Initiation
2. Project Planning
3. Project Execution
4. Project Controlling/Monitoring
5. Project Closing

Project requirements/tasks are identified at the beginning of each phase, along with deliverables/milestones.  As earlier phases complete their tasks/deliverables, they serve as predecessors for subsequent phases' tasks.
