All students have the ability to add or update their graduation email through mySeaport.
*Please note: To proceed with your graduation application, you must provide a personal email address. This email address will be used to create an account with Parchment. Parchment is our third-party diploma and transcript vendor, which will allow you continued access to your digital diploma and other credentials, such as official transcripts. Your diploma email address cannot be your UNCW email address.

Update Your Graduation/Diploma Email Through mySeaport

Navigate to mySeaport.

Scroll down until you see the "Services" section located on the left side of the screen.

Click "Personal Information".

The personal information directory that loads should display your name, 850 ID number and other relevant personal details, such as your Emergency Contact.

In the "Email" section, click the "Add New" button.

A pop-up box will appear. Select "Diploma Email Address" as the Email Type. Enter your full personal email address. Your diploma email cannot be your UNCW email.
TECH TIP: Ensure the personal email you enter here is one you’ll keep long-term and can recover easily. This is how you’ll access your digital diploma and other credentials, such as official transcripts.

Select the "Add" or "Update" button.
