All faculty and staff have the ability to find their asset coordinator through the Technology Inventory Management System (TIMS) website.
- Visit the TIMS Roles & Responsibilities page.
- Scroll to the "Roles & Responsibilities Explained" section to locate the data table, which is just below the "Asset Authority (AA)" and "Asset Coordinator (AC)." dropdown.
- If prompted, click "Refresh" to load the most recent data.
- You may also be asked to "Allow" access to the data. Please select "Allow".
- Once the data loads, look to the right-hand side of the page to filter the data.
- Use the first dropdown to select your division, then toggle the switch from "Off" to "On."
- A second dropdown will appear. Select your department, and toggle that switch "On" as well.
- The report will automatically filter to show the asset coordinator(s) for your area.
