Answer

All faculty and staff have the ability to find their asset coordinator through the Technology Inventory Management System (TIMS) website. 
 

1. Visit the TIMS Roles & Responsibilities page.
    
2. Scroll to the "Roles & Responsibilities Explained" section to locate the data table, which is just below the "Asset Authority (AA)" and "Asset Coordinator (AC)." dropdown.
    
3. If prompted, click "Refresh" to load the most recent data.
    
4. You may also be asked to "Allow" access to the data. Please select "Allow".
    
5. Once the data loads, look to the right-hand side of the page to filter the data.
    
6. Use the first dropdown to select your division, then toggle the switch from "Off" to "On."
    
7. A second dropdown will appear. Select your department, and toggle that switch "On" as well.
    
8.  The report will automatically filter to show the asset coordinator(s) for your area.
