How do I create a class schedule via Schedule Wizard?


All students have the ability to create class schedules via Schedule Wizard.

  1. Log into MySeaport.
  2. Launch "Schedule Wizard" located on the left hand side of the screen, under "LaunchPad."
  3. Start by choosing which term the schedule is for.
  4. Click "Add Course" to search and add any course that you would like to take.
    • There are three different tabs for searching under the "Add Course" heading. You can search by University Studies, by Subject, or by Instructor.
  5. Click "Done" when you have added all the courses you need.
  6. Select "Add Break" to block off any time that you are not available for class.
  7. Click "Generate Schedules" at the bottom of the screen. This will likely create more than one schedule based off your courses and breaks.
  8. Choose "View" next to an individual schedule you would like to see.
  9. Select "Registration Instructions" from the "View" screen and follow the steps provided to register for the selected schedule.
  10. Be sure to save a copy of your course CRNs so you will have them when you are ready to proceed to registration.
