All faculty, staff, and students can submit tickets.
Available services can be found in the service catalog. Use the catalog to submit a ticket to get help with technical issues, request new access and permissions, or request a change to a current system.
- Start by navigating to the myTAC home page at www.uncw.edu/tac.
*Please note: It is recommended that you log in using your UNCW credentials first, as there are some services that will only be visible to you if you are logged in.
- There are a few different ways to search the myTAC portal.
- You can use the search option at the top of the page. This allows you to search all content, just the knowledge base, or just the service catalog.
- You can use the main search option in the center of the page.
- You can search just the Knowledge Base.
- You can search just the Service Catalog.
- If you only need to reset your UNCW password, you can select this option.
- If you know you need to open a ticket to report an issue with your UNCW account, no need to search, simply select this option.
- To submit a service request, open the desired service and select "Submit a Ticket:"
- Complete the form and select "Request."
