How do I Check the Status of a Ticket?

Answer

All faculty, staff, and students have the ability to check the status of their tickets.
 

  1. After logging into the client portal, select the "MyTAC Tickets" widget in the "Helpful Quick Links & Info" section.

  2. On this page, you will find a list of your submitted tickets, including their creation dates and the current status of each ticket.

  3. If the ticket you are looking for does not appear on this page, you can search for it by name, ID, date, ticket status class, or other criteria using the customized search options provided below.
