How do I Check the Status of a Ticket?


All faculty, staff and students have the ability to check the status of their tickets.

  1. After logging into the client portal, select "Services" from the main toolbar. On the secondary toolbar that appears, click "Ticket Requests."

  2. On this page you will see a list of your submitted tickets, their creation dates and the current status of each.

  3. If the ticket you are looking for does not appear on this page, search for the ticket by name, ID, date, etc. using the customized search options shown below.
