Why request this service?
To obtain Project Kitty Hawk (PKH) access to UNCW applications.
*Please note: Prior to submitting this request, you are required to have a valid background check and an I-9 on file. If you need assistance, please contact a PKH Sponsor.
What are the features of this service?
PKH Admissions: Users assigned to the PKH Admissions role will be provisioned with the following access:
- UNCW domain account
- DegreeWorks
- Slate (edit access)
PKH Coaches: Users assigned to the PKH Coaches role will be provisioned with the following access:
- UNCW domain account
- Banner (advisor access)
- DegreeWorks
- Canvas (edit access)
PKH Technicians: Users assigned to the PKH Technician role will be granted access to the Flight Path Support shared mailbox.
Extending Accounts: Use this request to extend the expiration date of one or more existing PKH employee accounts. For requests involving multiple accounts (not applicable to NEW account requests), attach a spreadsheet before submitting the ticket. The spreadsheet must include the following information for each employee:
- Employee Type (Admissions, Technician, or Success Coach)
- PKH employee full name
- PKH employee email address
- UNCW email address
- PKH employee work phone number
- Requested account expiration date (maximum extension of 6 months)
