Notice: Some UNCW-Owned Devices Experiencing Network Connection Issues

Dear Faculty and Staff,
Following this morning’s network certificate update, some clients did not receive the prompt to accept the new certificate, preventing their university-owned devices from connecting to the network.
We are actively working to resolve the issue and will share an update as soon as we have more information.
If you are unable to connect to the network on a university-owned device, please let us know by submitting our
