All faculty, staff and students have the ability to download and use Zoom conferencing software.
To create your UNCW Zoom account, log in at https://uncw.zoom.us/
Select, "Sign In Configure Your Account"
Follow the steps to log in to Office 365 using your UNCW domain name and password.
Install the application if needed.
Personal machine, please download & install Zoom from Zoom's Download Center.
UNCW-owned machines, please use the Software Center or Self-Service.
Launch the application.
Select "Sign In" on the welcome screen.
Choose "SSO" in the bottom right-hand corner.
Ensure the "company domain" is uncw.zoom.us"
If prompted, select "Continue".
Click "Open Zoom Meetings" (PC) or "Open Zoom.us" (Mac) from the pop-up window.
The Zoom application will open.
*Please note: ITS has integrated Zoom and Echo360 to give you the best recording experience possible. While Zoom can record meetings, Zoom storage is limited; therefore, we have linked Zoom to Echo360 which has unlimited storage! View more information on how to set up Zoom with Echo360 for storage.
