How do I fix connection errors in ImageNow?

Answer

     All faculty and staff have the ability to access ImageNow

  1. If you get a connection error in ImageNow (Perceptive Content 7), please check your Connection Profiles. 
  2. You will want both a TEST and a PROD profile. Please open the yellow icon for Perceptive Content and then click on the double arrows in the top left corner. Edit or Create your profiles as follows:
