All faculty and staff have the ability to locate the MAC address on their Cisco IP phone.
 

Finding the MAC Address
 

1. Carefully turn the Cisco phone handset over.


2. Look at the sticker on the bottom of the handset.
    
3. You will find the MAC address on the sticker. It starts with, "MAC:" followed by a series letters and numbers.
