All faculty, staff, students and guests with active accounts have the ability to forget the campus Wi-Fi network, Hawkwifi.

*Please note: If you were previously connected to Hawkwifi but are now unable to connect (such as after a password change), forgetting the network is a great first troubleshooting step. Afterward, reconnect by following the article How do I connect to Hawkwifi on my Computer or Mobile Device?

Windows (PC)

 

  1. Select the Start button > Settings > "Network & Internet."

  2. Select" Wi-Fi" on the left > "Manage known networks."

  3. Select "hawkwifi" > "Forget."

  4. Reconnect to Hawkwifi.



macOS

 

  1. Follow the "Forget a network on your Mac" instructions on the Apple Support website.
     
  2. Reconnect to Hawkwifi.


Chrome OS (Chromebooks)

 

  1. Follow the "Forget a network" instructions on the Chromebook Help website.
     
  2. Reconnect to Hawkwifi.


IOS / iPadOS (iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch)

 

  1. Follow the "Forget a network on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch" instructions on the Apple Support website.
     
  2. Reconnect to Hawkwifi.

 

Android

 

  1. Follow the "Removed saved networks" instructions on the Android Help website. These instructions may vary depending on your device and Android version.
     
  2. Reconnect to Hawkwifi.
