All faculty, staff and students have the ability to share OneDrive files and folders with people inside and outside of UNCW.
TECH TIP: Choosing the "Specific People" sharing option requires the recipient to have a UNCW or Microsoft account. This is recommended for maximum security & access control. If the recipient forwards the sharing invitation, only people who already have access to the item will be able to use the link.
If your recipient does not have a UNCW or Microsoft account, select the "Anyone with the link" sharing option. If the recipient forwards the sharing invitation, anyone with the link will be able to access the shared files and folders.
