How can you use Outlook and Email as a Project Management Tool?

Answer

All faculty, staff and students have the ability to use Outlook/Email to manage projects.

Email, as a project management tool, is a good method to communicate with all project team members, who are internal and external stakeholders, involved with the project. Email keeps project team members who do not have access to the UNCW (University of North Carolina Wilmington) TeamDynamix project management tool connected to the project.

Email as a project management tool involves using your email inbox to manage projects. This includes using email and Outlook features to create, assign, and track tasks; and also, to manage deadlines and task-specific communication.
