Unfortunately, we cannot support Google Home or Google Nest on the UNCW Network due to the Network configurations of these devices.
Google requires a phone or mobile device and the Home/Nest to be on the same Network. It is not possible to connect the Home/Nest to hawkwifi; therefore, it is not possible to complete the set-up.
The Google instructions, "Set up your Google Nest or Home speaker or display," indicate that a Google Home or Google Nest will not work on “a WPA-2 Enterprise Network.”
