Maintenance Weekend Support


Why request this service?

This service is to be used exclusively for submitting tickets during any ITS Maintenance Weekend. Submit a ticket if you experience any issues with the following systems.

Systems include:

  • AppWorx
  • Banner Admin Pages
  • Banner (Finance, Financial Aid, HR, Student)
  • SeaNet
  • Degree Works
  • ODS/Reporting
  • SAMBA File Shares (JOBP)
  • Other systems that connect to Banner

ITS Maintenance Weekend: 

A list of pre-approved maintenance weekends can be found here.

Communication: 

Updates will be emailed to the systems coordination team and campus testers during the maintenance weekend.
