Why request this service?
This service is to be used exclusively for submitting tickets during any ITS Maintenance Weekend. Submit a ticket if you experience any issues with the following systems.
Systems include:
- AppWorx
- Banner Admin Pages
- Banner (Finance, Financial Aid, HR, Student)
- SeaNet
- Degree Works
- ODS/Reporting
- SAMBA File Shares (JOBP)
- Other systems that connect to Banner
ITS Maintenance Weekend:

Communication:
Updates will be emailed to the systems coordination team and campus testers during the maintenance weekend.
