What are the features of this service?
Allows you to open a ticket to advise ITS that you have encountered a 403 Error. Here is an example of what you may be seeing:
*Please note: When submitting this ticket you will be required to provide your public IPv4 address. You can obtain your public IPv4 address using this tool What is my IP Address.
You will also be asked to provide the Domain/URL that you were attempting to use when the 403 error appeared. You will find this information in your browser search bar like what is pictured below.
