Are there any fees or additional costs?
Copilot Studio uses a consumption-based licensing model. Microsoft charges usage through Interaction Packs, and costs are incurred when message or interaction usage exceeds the included limits.
Interaction Packs are purchased in allotments of 25,000 interactions per month and are billed annually through UNCW's Microsoft reseller.
