Notice: Workarounds Available for Banner Admin Pages Access+

Since the release of Edge version 143 on Dec. 4 and Chrome version 142 on Oct. 28, you may not be able to access Banner Admin Pages. This issue is related to recent browser security updates. To resolve this, Ellucian will release an update on Dec. 11. We will test the update in our development environment before rolling it out to production on Dec. 21.

In the meantime, please use the workarounds found on our How do You Resolve Banner Admin Page Errors? knowledge base article.
