Where can I get my University-Owned iPad Repaired?


Answer

All faculty and staff have the ability to request an iPad repair.

  1. Create a Service Request.
     
  2. Provide the Serial Number of the iPad in the request.
     
  3. Provide a description of what needs to be assessed (damages, issues, problems).
     
  4. A member of IT Client Experience will review the warranty and notify you about the options and cost.
     

*Please note: Depending on whether the iPad is under warranty or not, and/or the extent of the damage, there could be a cost associated with the repair.
