Service Overview

ITS offers limited support with troubleshooting mobile devices such as mobile phones, tablets or external peripherals such as scanners, and web cameras.

Features

Basic troubleshooting of devices connected to UNCW-owned equipment.

Getting Started

Please have any warranty or technical manuals/documentation available on the device.

University-owned devices:  Please click the "submit a ticket" button.

Personally-owned devices (mobile only):  If the device has visible damage please take the device to TAC Repairs, otherwise submit a ticket. 

Fees/Additional Costs

Depends on warranty status and ownership.
