Since the release of Edge version 143 on Dec. 4 and Chrome version 142 on Oct. 28, you may not be able to access Banner Admin Pages. This issue is related to recent browser security updates. To resolve this, Ellucian will release an update on Dec. 11. We will test the update in our development environment before rolling it out to production on Dec. 21.

All students have the ability to connect their personally-owned Windows computer to the UNCW Network in their residence hall.
*Please note: All UNCW-owned computers are pre-configured to connect to Ethernet. If you are having connection issues with your UNCW device, please submit a Wired and Wireless Device Connection Issues service request. Users must have administrative privileges on the device in order to complete this process.
TECH TIP: Waiting to connect the Ethernet cable until Step 6 will cut down on the number of pop-ups.
TECH TIP: If you DO NOT see "AAA Certificate Services" listed, check the box for "AddTrust External CA Root."
