How do I get 24/7 help with Canvas issues and errors?

This is only for help using Canvas. If you are having problems logging into Canvas you will need to contact the TAC.
All faculty, staff and students have the ability to contact Canvas directly for help.
*Please note: The help button within Canvas grants you access to the following:
- 24/7 Canvas Support via phone or chat
- The ability to submit a Canvas support ticket
- Access to the Canvas guides
- Access to the Canvas community site
- Ability to submit a feature idea
Getting Help with Canvas:
- Login to Canvas using your UNCW username and password.
- Select "help" at the bottom of the left navigation bar.
If you need further assistance, please submit a service request or CHAT with TAC.
