Resolved: Issues with VPN Authentication Using Duo or Microsoft Authenticator +

The issues affecting Duo and Microsoft Authenticator authentication with Cisco Secure Client AnyConnect VPN have been resolved. Users should now be able to connect to the VPN and authenticate normally. 

If you continue to experience issues connecting to the VPN, please submit our VPN service request or contact the Technology Assistance Center (TAC) for assistance.
