What do I do if I'm having Issues with DocuSign?

Answer

All faculty, staff and students have the ability to use the DocuSign service.
 

DocuSign Issues:
 

  1. If you are having issues with DocuSign, please visit DocuSign Support. 
     
  2. If you are not able to find the help you need, please submit a DocuSign Creating New Forms, Issues and Assistance request.

If you need further assistance, please submit a service request or CHAT with TAC.
